Will I receive my balance if my Sulvo account is suspended?
Yes. Any valid earnings in your account will be processed according to Sulvo’s payment policies, even if your account is suspended.
How are suspended account balances paid out?
Valid earnings are paid on a net 60 schedule from the date your account was suspended, following Sulvo’s payment policies.
Are there conditions for receiving payment after suspension?
Only valid, finalized earnings, as determined by demand platforms, are paid. Payments are subject to Sulvo’s standard verification and compliance checks.
What happens if my suspended account had policy violations?
If violations are found, only eligible earnings (not affected by the violation) will be paid. Ineligible earnings may be withheld by demand platforms as invalid activity deductions per Sulvo policy.
