This article explains how to create a new Sulvo (Ad Manager) account and transfer your site, including required steps to ensure a smooth transition and continued ad delivery.
Prerequisites
You must have access to the email address you want to use for the new Sulvo account.
You need to be the owner or authorized manager of the site you want to transfer.
You will need to update your site's ads.txt file during the transfer.
Steps to Create a New Account and Transfer Your Site
Follow these steps to ensure your site is successfully moved to a new Sulvo account.
Connect Ad Manager to your new Sulvo account.
Enter your site's domain name as instructed.
Replace any Sulvo-related ads.txt lines from your old account with the new lines provided in your new account's dashboard. Remove all old Sulvo account references.
Also add the head tag to your site. Both are required for demand platform approval.
It may take up to 4 business days for some demand partners to approve your site again. Earnings may be temporarily impacted during this period.
Your site should now be associated with your new Sulvo account. Monitor your dashboard for status updates.
Verification
Check the Inventory page in your new Sulvo account to confirm your domain appears and that ads are serving. Review earnings after demand partner approval completes.
