Sulvo cannot remove public bans
Public blacklists are visible to all buyers, which means many high-spending buyers (the ones you'd want) won't be spending on the site until the blacklist is removed. Bans can only be removed by the publisher.
Why was I banned?
There are many factors that could result in a public ban; usually, it is due to content policy violations.
Can I still serve ads?
A ban is generally not specific to the ad serving technology or the marketplace.. Buyers are using software, called DSPs (demand-side platforms), to do their media buys. DSPs execute the campaigns and review many factors before buying an impression on any of the ad markets.
Unfortunately, the Sulvo platform cannot deliver increased ad value without access to the highest spending buyers.
There are very few buyers that would want to spend on a banned site, those are typically the type of buyers Sulvo does not work with since publishers partners do not want to place those type of ads on their sites.
What's next?
You will need to reach the source that added the ban on the account (Sulvo does not place public bans on your account) to determine why your site was banned or if you may have missed a violation notification that has been sent to you by them.
