Dashboard Reports Are Delayed or Frozen

Sulvo dashboard reporting may not update instantly. A short reporting delay does not usually mean ads stopped serving.

Why reports can appear delayed

Reports may be delayed because:

  • Reporting data is still processing.

  • A demand partner report is late.

  • A dashboard refresh is behind the latest ad serving data.

  • The date range selected does not include the latest available data.

  • The site is newly approved and has not accumulated enough reportable activity yet.

  • The account, site, or demand partner status is under review.

What to check first

  1. Refresh the dashboard and confirm the selected date range.

  2. Compare more than one metric, such as earnings, PIS, and impressions.

  3. Check whether ads are visibly serving on the site.

  4. Check whether the issue affects one domain or all domains.

  5. Wait and check again later if the delay is only a few hours.

When to contact support

Contact Sulvo support if:

  • Reports have not updated for a full day.

  • Ads are not visibly serving and PIS is also low or zero.

  • One domain stopped reporting while others are normal.

  • The dashboard changed suddenly after a site, CMP, cache, or tag update.

Include:

  • The domain.

  • The date range selected.

  • The metric that appears delayed or frozen.

  • Whether ads are still visible on the site.

  • Any recent site or ad setup changes.
